The company started, in year 2000, as a ONE-MAN-SHOW, then known as SHREYAS ENTERPRISES started finding roots in promoting the various brands of machines from different parts of the world. Our first business came from EMERCK, Goa –where we supplied the Dimensional Sorting machine for soft-gelatin capsule, manufactured by MASCHINPEX, Germany, and thereafter was no looking back.
The company SNS PRO-PACK EQUIPMENTS PVT. LTD. came into existence in the year 2005 and has been aggressive in introducing newer technological advancements available globally. We as well involve ourselves with the R&D and Design teams of our Principals – and with our market experience and expertise, help develop the machine features and make it adaptable to local conditions. More importantly, our interaction with the user/customer is not merely commercial but is, more importantly, that of a solution provider – and this is where “customer-satisfaction” really begins – introducing the right system/solution/machine remains a priority and most important factor, for a successful installation and a happy customer.
Today we represent various international machine brands, catering to food, pharmaceutical, textile, tyre, and various other industries, offering their expertise and latest technological advancements. The machines supplied under our banner are already proven globally for their reliability, stability, performance, and quality. The same is acknowledged by timely after-sales-service, which our customers have appreciated on the few occasions we got to prove ourselves.
Our various Principals namely, CEIA – Italy, TEWS ELEKTRONIK – Germany, PHARMAFLEX – Belgium, MASCHINPEX Germany and EASTERN INSTRUMENTS – USA are professionals and do not believe in one-time-business. At times they would go out of the way to cater to special customer requirements – thus building a strong business relationship.
Our suppliers are very happy working with us, though we are a small but well-organized professional team of qualified engineers. Our working hours are unlimited and both our suppliers and customers benefit from such an arrangement. Our correspondence with our suppliers is fast and result-oriented – because we follow the world-time-cycle. The same time cycle as well as benefits our Indian customers, who have direct access to us beyond the usual working hours otherwise commonly understood as a 9-to-5 job.
Today our customer list includes the most prestigious names in the industry and at the same time, we have as well been preferred by little-less-known customers from various industries – who were impressed merely by the QUALITY and PERFORMANCE of our machines and our timely services, if and when needed.
Our team of Resident Engineers is not our employees, but our profit-sharing partners. They are available at any given short notice for any technical assistance and almost 65% of our machines are connected through ETHERNET and technical intervention begins the moment any service complaint arrives on our desk – well the machines can be accessed from any corner of the world – where ever we are. Our team comprises of individuals who are experts and trained in Industrial Electronics, Computer Programming, and the Mechanical field with individual experiences spanning over 10 to 15 years now.
